I've cranked the SS on this game all the way up to 4.0 in Steam, and still no micro-stutters (I've lowered it back down to 3.0 after playing around a bit with the settings since on my rig I don't see a huge difference between 3 & 4).

Let me reiterate what this does: those annoying micro-stutters that occur constantly when simply looking around and doing stuff in the game? GONE with this mod, and without having to sacrifice texture size (it worked equally well for me on smaller-sized "optimized" textures and also on larger 2k-4k textures I got from yet another mod on Nexus). So for example, 61= twitchy menu and game fine, while 91= menu fine and game fine. Otherwise the menu screen (not the game while playing though) gets twitchy. If you use it and you opt to enable the FPSLimiter option in the enblocal file, I recommend setting the fps to 91 since we're using this in VR: Suffice it to say, it's working well for me, else I wouldn't have posted about it here.

It also pointed me to a tool (you'll see it referred to on the mod page) that allowed me to gauge how much video/RAM I could safely allocate to the game, which I was then able to set in the ENB ini file (I rounded down to the nearest full gigabyte).

It removed the micro-stutters completely for me (well, not counting when the main game loading screen first comes up, of course, but that's for different reasons), and without messing with the game's script timings, etc. For those like me who want to eliminate in-game micro-stutter but don't want to use the iFPSClamp method and don't want to have to turn all their settings down to lower-than-potato, I recommend downloading and installing this ENB/patch:
